The Hotwalls Café has teamed up with local events company Love Southsea and the Square Tower to organise an Easter event on April 1st 2013 from 11:00am – 3:00pm, and here it is: the Easter Eggstravaganza.

To keep in the spirit of the season, there’ll be an Easter egg hunt, but that’s not all — expect a mobile farm with traditional farmyard animals and babies, a quaint Love Southsea market featuring homemade products and creations made by local artisans.

There’s also a hog roast and live entertainment by the Pompey Pluckers and an appearance from All About Tea, as well as a display of the wares of local artists. The council’s seafront manager, David Evans, said:

“The Hotwalls Café is hosting its very first Easter Egg-stravaganzer this bank holiday Monday. With an Easter egg hunt, mobile farm and plenty of food and drink stalls, there’s never been a better time to head to the seafront for an afternoon stroll. I hope lots of families will take advantage of this free, fun Easter event.”

It’s completely free and lots of fun for the whole family. RSVP to the event on Facebook here. See this event on our calendar here.
