Beating Heart is Portsmouth’s best-value one-day music event, headlined by English-American pop-rock band The Hoosiers (Goodbye Mr. A, Worried About Ray), with over 30 bands playing across five stages, all for just £10.00.

Starting at 3:00pm and running through ‘til 11:00pm, Beating Heart’s line-up includes [deep breath]:

[exhale] and the day’s programme is a fantastic showcase of local talent — you’ll definitely discover some new favourite artists throughout the evening.

Food and drink will be available to buy in Portsmouth Guildhall, including a delicious hog roast, crêpes, and other choices.

The day is hosted in aid of two great charities — Cash for Kids and Portsmouth Cultural Trust.

Cash for Kids supports local children under the age of 18 who are financially, socially, emotionally, or physically disadvantaged, encourage healthy lifestyle options, and promote self-confidence through art, music, and sport.

Portsmouth Cultural Trust is a not-for-profit organisation which manages Portsmouth Guildhall. They work to inspire, entertain, and transform lives through the arts, investing in subsidised local events, workshops, and exhibitions.
