Portsmouth Guildhall host a triple-headlining stand-up comedy club featuring Nick Doody, Bob Mair, and Chris Washington on Saturday 11th March.

Nick Doody is one of brightest talents on the comedy circuit. Nick supported one of the most influential comedians in the history of comedy: Bill Hicks.

He has also become a familiar face on the comedy circuit after contributing and writing for shows such as The Secret Policeman’s BallArmando Iannucci’s Charm Offensive, and The Now Show for Radio 4.

Bobby Mair is an exciting Canadian comedian who has graced our screens on Channel 4’s 8 out of 10 Cats, BBC2’s Never Mind the Buzzcocks, BBC3’s Russell Howard’s Good News, and Seann Walsh’s Late Night Comedy Spectacular.

Jimmy Carr described Bobby as “a brilliant stand-up. He’s either going to be a huge international comedy star or the funniest homeless man ever.”

Chris Washington has that indefinable something that makes you feel like you’re watching your best and most amusing friend — only even funnier! With cheeky Northern charm and hilarious storytelling, it’s clear to see why Chris is flying up the comedy ladder.

Your MC for the evening is Damion Larkin, highlighted by the BBC as “one of the country’s top new comedians.” All line-ups are subject to change, but fear not, they’ll only replace them with someone just as funny!

Please note that this show is strictly for those aged over 16. Previously, Guildhall’s Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club has booked the likes of Jason Manford, John Bishop, and Sarah Millican, before they hit the big time.

Doors open at 7:30pm, and tickets are £17.25.
