Portsmouth & Southsea beach has an amazing team of volunteer life guards located at the beach front behind the Pyramids Centre, Southsea.

They do a great job keeping the beach in this area safe for swimmers & families visiting the seafront.  The lifeguard team cover an area from Southsea Pier to Southsea Castle and recommend that all visitors to the beach, especially with children, stay within this area.
