It’s also a good thing that so much of this support is free! Below are five of our top picks for upcoming business events in Portsmouth.

Frozen yogurt wholesaler Lick, a startup success story sparked on Southsea seafront, returns to Portsmouth for a Startup Heroes seminar at Lakeside 1000 on Thursday 17th November.
Lick’s founders developed the only 100%-yogurt froyo tubs in the world and sold it first from a trike on Southsea seafront before opening their own store, which became a much-loved Brighton destination.
Lick now work from their ‘Warehouse’ space, where they host live music sessions on their stage, talks in their school area, workshops, and events, and invite people in to use their new stop-motion animation studio.
Lick do everything in-house, including marketing, copywriting, advertising, PR, sales, social media, and all the boring stuff.
Come along to local startup collective Entrepreneurs Unite’s latest Startup Heroes seminar and networking evening at Lakeside 1000 on Thursday 17th November to meet the folks behind Lick, hear their story, and pose them questions.
